We currently ship all over India through trusted delivery partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post.
International shipping may be introduced in the future — stay tuned!

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • During festivals, promotions, or sales, processing time may extend slightly.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

     

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Areas: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days

Delivery timelines depend on courier partner efficiency and destination location.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may apply on orders above a certain value (as mentioned on the website).

  • For smaller orders, nominal shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

     

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID and courier link.
You can also log in to your BhavAura account to track your order status anytime.

6. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, you may be required to pay reshipping charges.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
We’ll ensure a prompt resolution or replacement as per our Return Policy.
